The only thing positive at SLS are the people we meet. If I can give negative numbers I would give a -5. There is not a single positive I can give them.
There's too many glitches on the site. I paid for three months to see if I'll like it and 90% of the time I can't access my own photos if I want to delete any of them.
When I send messages, it repeats the same message 5 times. Any time I go to support with an issue, I get knocked off the site completely. I initially joined the site over 3 years ago. I had the same issues then.
I thought by now it would be resolved.
And good luck trying to reach a live person. You have to jump through hoops just to get an answering machine telling you to email them.

Account issues
- Created three accounts and keeps changing passwords but can't log in.
- Setup shows pending approval, then I can't log back in.
- Not sure why this happens.
I would like to create an account that I can log back into . I have created three thus far and continually change the password and just cant get it to work.
We start setting it up.

If you are just taking a break, you can just stop logging into the site. If you want to delete the profile, you can go to "Tools" and select the "Delete Your Profile" option. If you need help canceling a monthly billing, please login to the site and send a support ticket to "Billing".
Can’t send messages we are lifetime members
We are lifetime and can't send out messages to most members. We are not blocked, and many of them we have never contacted before. Why?
